Retail Meats

We maintain a small herd of Murray Gray and Dexter cattle who are always on pasture; they are raised and finished on grass. Grass fed meats are leaner than conventionally fed cattle and pigs, but are higher in omega 3 fatty acids. We have a variety of retail cuts of both our pork and beef available, which areBeef cuts available both from the farm and at our booth at the Waco Downtown Farmers’ Market.

Bulk Meats

We are also taking orders for bulk meat purchases of both beef and pork. We offer halves of our grass-fed beef and pastured heritage pork.

Grass-fed beef is sold at *$600/quarter (~80 lbs in cuts, with total price this is approximately $6.80/lb.).

Pastured pork half costs *$300/half, (~70 lbs in cuts, with total price this approximately $5.10/lb)

If you are interested in placing an order for a beef quarter or pork side, we would love to talk to you more about our cuts of meat. Call (254) 799-5611 for more information.

*These prices do not include fees for processing. Any slaughter, butchering, packaging and delivery fees will be paid by the customer directly to Big Creek Butcher Shop in Marlin.

Grade-A Raw Goat Milk        $7.00 per half gallon

Our small grade-A dairy milks only eight goats at a time. Milk

This scale allows us to pay close attention to the health and nutrition of each animal, ensuring a high-quality, nutrient-dense raw product. Our dairy herd spends every day on pasture, and is supplemented with free-choice goat minerals and with minimal amounts of grain. We have plenty of milk available for retail sale at the farm.

Farm Fresh Eggs

We  raise our laying hens here at t5170666_orighe farm on pasture, ensuring a higher nutrient-content egg. We let them free-range all day and rotate the coop regularly to encourage a wide-spread forage area for our chickens. We supplement this diet with a feed free of antibiotic and genetically modified grains.
